2024 Plant Sale Coming 10/26/24

Mark your calendars: October 26, 2024, Drought-Tolerant Plant Sale at the Desert Empire Fairgrounds.

Order pick-up: 9:30am-12:30pm. Browse extras: 12:30pm-1:30pm.

Late additions: A couple of new plant choices were added late: Agave weberi (Weber's agave) and Cleome arborea (bladderpod) seed packets, which are $3 per packet. If you would like to order them, they are not on the order form you picked up at the plant presentation, so please check out the revised order form above or write them in on your old form (be sure to include quantities), or just add them to your email order.

This year's plant presentation, which was given by BLM Project Manager Carrie Woods, will be posted as soon as it becomes available.

Order forms must be returned to EKCRCD by 8am on Monday, October 14. If you did not turn them in at the plant presentation, you may email them or a list of your choices (be sure to include quantities) to ekcrcd@gmail.com . They may also be snail mailed to EKCRCD, 300 S. Richmond Rd., Ridgecrest, CA 93555, or dropped off at the front desk during regular business hours (7:30am-4:00pm on M-F except federal holidays).

Pick up your plants at the Desert Empire Fairgrounds from 9:30 AM-12:30 PM on Saturday, October 26. Map of the fairgrounds now available. Enter at the south, "Livestock," entrance, Gate D. If you cannot make that pick-up time, to make other arrangements, email ekcrcd@gmail.com.

From 12:30-1:30 PM on October 26, extra plants will be on sale at the fairgrounds. Hope to see you there!
